We have recently revised our training programs into two types. This was necessary to help bridge the information gap and learning curve for the two types of people that typically attend our training seminars. They are as follows:

1. Someone new to the business.
2. Someone already in the business.

The dilemma... People would attend our conventional two day training seminar with no experience in the business and although they walked away very impressed, they were thoroughly confused. Of course the simply answer would have been to simplify our training curriculum but people in the business would be bored by such a change.

What we offer now is a one day "Basic Training" for people who are not in the business and a two day "Advanced Training" for people that are in the business. Anyone that attends the "Basic Training" should attend the "Advanced Training" a few weeks after attending the "Basic Training". This is almost a must.

Because of these two different types of training, we feel that whether you are new to the business, considering getting into the business or are a seasoned contractor already using another type of product, that you should attend one of our highly regarded training seminars to get the full exposure to the benefits and application of our products and finishes.

We offer convenient regional training seminars located at over 25 locations throughout the continental United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and South Africa as well as the Training Head Quarters at our facility in Merrillville, Indiana (30 minutes from Chicago).

Elite Crete Systems "Basic Training" seminars are two part; part one is a one day seminar and part two is actually one of our "Advanced Training" seminars and consists of two days of extensive hands-on instruction, demonstration and honest discussion. The goal for each seminar is to get you started by teaching all of the basic aspects of the various finishes, systems & products, effective marketing techniques & business development. In addition, we will discuss product chemical composition and product specification history to ensure your companies understanding, success and longevity.

We have specifically designed our training seminars to be "real world and hands on" instruction so the average person can immediately begin to install beautiful finishes while creating an immediate profit.

In addition to having the most up-to-date information at each seminar, you'll receive a complete product information binder, sales literature, completed sample boards, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Typical cost to attend one of our training seminars is $250.00. However, if you are already in the business full time and using another similar product or already paid and attended a "Basic Training", we are so sure you will like what you see that the training fee is waived.
